How to Get Started

  1. Register as a Seller:

    • If you don’t have a seller account yet, register here.
    • Complete the registration form with your details and submit it for approval.
  2. Set Up Your Profile:

    • Once your seller account is approved, log in and complete your profile.
    • Add a profile picture, a bio, and your preferred payment method.

Listing Products

  1. Create a Listing:

    • Go to your Seller Dashboard and click on “Add New Product”.
    • Fill in the product details, including title, description, category, and price.

Managing Orders

  1. Order Notifications:

    • You will receive an email notification when a buyer places an order.
    • Check your Seller Dashboard for order details.
  2. Delivering Items:

    • Deliver the item promptly as per the specified delivery method.
    • Tell customers mark the order as complete once the item is delivered.

Payment Process

  1. Receive Payments:

    • Payments will be processed and transferred to your specified payment method (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket).
    • Ensure your payment details are correct to avoid delays.
  2. Transaction Fees:

    • A small commission fee is deducted from each sale.
    • The remaining amount will be credited to your account.
